DRIPLOC 7 Inch Rack Grease Containment System
The DRIPLOC 7 inch Rack Grease Containment System is designed for exhaust fans that produce a high volume of grease output. If burger, steak or Mongolian cooking areas have you on the run then you'll love the protection you get with this system.
The 7 inch Rack System is versatile, easy to install, and adapts to various exhaust fans. The custom manufactured filter, or "pillow", fits inside the rack.
The rack has a built-in drain that allows water to pass through the system at a high volume. After the initial installation of the rack system, only the two (2) grease pillows need to be replaced. That can be done during regularly scheduled hood cleanings depending on the volume of grease produced by the restaurant.
The 7 inch Rack System comes ready to install and includes a mounting bracket and deflector shield.

1. Will this fit my fan?
The 7 Inch Rack system measures 18" L x 12" W x 7" D. Make sure to measure you curb and how much clearance you have to be sure the box will fit your space.
2. Does it come with the deflector shield?
Yes, the deflector shield is included.
3. Do you have to use 2 pillows at a time?
Yes, you will need 2 of the 17" x 23" pillows for the 7 Inch Rack System.
4. How does the water drain?
The box features drain holes at the bottom for the water to be expelled from the pillow and box.
5. How is it installed?

6. How often do I have to change the pillow?
Since every kitchen is different there is no way to determine how often the pillow will need to be changed. Contributing factors are what you cook, how often you cook, what you cook with, and how often your hood system is cleaned. Making sure to get regular hood cleanings and keeping your filters clean will in turn result in less grease escaping to the fan and less grease. The less grease you have to be drained, the less often you will need to change the pillow.
