All commercial ventilation systems require the installation of air duct access doors to provide access to HVAC ductwork for maintenance, cleaning, and inspection. Air duct access doors are designed for use with heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems and cannot be used to provide access to grease ducts. Our Ductmate uninsulated round duct access doors are constructed of heavy duty galvanized steel for solid, leak-proof access to your ventilation ductwork. If you need an air duct access door for a negative pressure application, choose an insulated air duct access door.

Or, if you need an access door that is rated above 200 degrees Fahrenheit, choose one of our hi-temp duct access doors. Ductmate insulated air duct access doors are UL classified and constructed with three layers of stamped steel and an encapsulated layer of high-density fiberglass insulation. A closed cell neoprene gasket has a service range of up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. For temperatures of more than 200 degrees Fahrenheit, you’ll need a hi-temp air duct access door. Ductmate hi-temp duct access doors are constructed with a 16 gauge black iron backing plat and are rated for up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit. They are a sandwich style duct access door and feature a permanently bonded leak-proof fiberglass rope gasket and zinc plated springs.
