16" x 12" Ductmate F2 Grease Duct Sandwich Access Door – Round Duct
The F2 Grease Duct Sandwich Access Door is for grease duct applications and meets NFPA 96 standards. Its ceramic fiber gasket allows its use with temperatures up to 2300°F.
- Opening size: 15 3/4" x 11 1/2" - Door Size: 16 1/2" x 12 1/2"
- No measuring - self-adhesive template provided
- 16 GA black iron backing plate with smooth interior
- No frame to install and seal
- Effortless opening and closing - no special tools required
- The two layers of metal inside the door are spot-welded together at the rim
- Inside surface of door is smooth to reduce friction
- Zinc coated wing nuts are easily turned by hand, no wrenches required

1. How do I determine my duct diameter?
Direct Duct Diameter measurement is the easiest. Measure the circumference using a flexible tape and divide the outside circumference by 3.1415.
2. Can I get this in a custom size?
No, the F2 Hi-Temp Sandwich Access Doors for curved or round ducts are not available in custom sizes.
3. How much clearance do I need on the side of the door?
It is recommended to have a 2" clearance on all side of the access door.
4. Does this door come in other metal types?
Yes, the F2 Flat Sandwich Door can be made in aluminized, black iron and 304 and 316 stainless steel. Please contact our customer service department for a quote.
5. Can I have this door overnighted to me?
The F2 Hi-Temp door for round duct can sometimes be overnighted. Please contact customer service to see if stock is available for Overnight shipping.
