DRIPLOC Soak Tanks are a perfect solution for when tackling all those "Hard To Clean" items in a commercial kitchen.

The tanks include a stainless steel “touchless immersion” rack making cleaning products easy and safe. The tank includes anodized aluminum support bars, a heavy-duty rear axle and commercial casters with non-marketing wheels - to ensure your kitchen floors stay clean while your tank stays in place. The tank also has a fast-flush recessed drain valve, which makes for cleaning the tank that much easier.

See "Video" tab above next to Overview.

The Soak Tank is designed to withstand the rough handling of a commercial food service environment. It is molded from Polyethylene and has a wall thickness of .250″ for long term strength and durability.

  • Inside dimensions – 12″ wide x 31″ long x 23″ deep
  • The overall size of the DSC Tank is 33.5” long x 28.5 “ high x 16.25” wide
  • Weight: 42 lbs.

How to Clean Your Filters using a Hood Filter Soak Cart:

Depending on cooking volume, you will want to clean your baffle grease filters monthly, weekly or even daily.

Prepare the hood filter soak cart by filling it with water and then add your degreaser of choice. Usually the amount is one (1) cup granular or four (4) ounces of liquid per one gallon of water used. Be sure to check the instructions on the cleaner. Remove lid and fill the tank with water to the mark 6" below the top of the tank.  DO NOT OVERFILL THE TANK.  Carefully remove the grease filters from the exhaust hood. Wipe excess grease from the hood filters using a clean paper towel. Finally, place the filters into the soak tank and be sure to fully immerse the filter in the solution. Repeat this process for all remaining filters. Most people will soak the grease filters overnight and then run them through the dish machine the next morning or some have an extra set of filters that they rotate cleaning and in use.  However, you can decide on a process that works best for you.

Clean & Refill:

  1. Open drain and valve and allow the tank to drain into a floor or mop sink drain.
  2. After draining, remove the rack - turn tank on its side and rinse the remaining soil into the drain using clean water.
  3. Close the drain valve and replace the rack.
  4. Refill the tank.

Can be used to pre-rinse the soiled baking pans, pots, utensils, skewers, filters and other equipment.
