DRIPLOC Low Volume Grease Containment Box
The DRIPLOC Low Volume Grease Containment System is designed for exhaust fans that don't create a significant amount of grease. It's a cost-effective solution to take care of those low volume areas.
The LV Box System has the custom manufactured grease pillow inside the box. After installation, only the grease pillow needs to be replaced depending on the amount of grease discharged by the fan. The grease pillows are inexpensive, which makes this an attractive option for cooking operations with lower grease volume.
Each Low Volume Box comes with custom DRIPLOC absorbent grease pillow/filter inside. We recommend the filters be changed after each exhaust fan cleaning, however, grease exhaust volume will dictate the changing frequency.

1. Will this fit my fan?
The Low Volume box measures 18" L x 7" W x 4" D. Make sure to measure you curb and how much clearance you have to be sure the box will fit your space.
2. How does the water drain?
The box features drain holes at the bottom for the water to be expelled from the pillow and box.
3. What size pillow do I need for this box?
The 8" x 23" Grease Containment Pillow was manufactured to be used with the Low Volume Box. You can purchase replacements by click the link here.
4. How is it installed?

5. How often do I have to change the pillow?
Since every kitchen is different there is no way to determine how often the pillow will need to be changed. Contributing factors are what you cook, how often you cook, what you cook with, and how often your hood system is cleaned. Making sure to get regular hood cleanings and keeping your filters clean will in turn result in less grease escaping to the fan and less grease. The less grease you have to be drained, the less often you will need to change the pillow.
