Grease Box X-Treme
The Grease Box X-Treme is designed for high volume restaurants and commercial cooking facilities.
The Grease Box X-Treme contains:
- 3 Tiers with one-of-a-kind patented Polypropylene Grease Absorbent Pillows<
- 1st and 2nd Tiers have a Patented Even Water Flow Diverter
- 3rd Tier has Patented Over Flow Walls
This is an extra large grease containment system that can collect and hold over 50 pounds of grease. This makes it perfect for high volume flat grill cooking establishments.
This product is manufactured from heavy duty 24 gauge galvanized sheet metal. All parts are cut from sheet metal and bent and shaped into their proper form. Most metal-to-metal attachments are spot welded. The only part not constructed from sheet metal are the perforated metal base, piano hinge, door latch and the Polypropylene Grease Pillows.
The unique "enclosed box design" allows this box to be completely unaffected by weather elements including high wind, snow, heavy rain, ice and hail. This means no more chasing grease pads all over the roof.
Installation: 3 self tapping metal screws and 2 minutes is all you need. No Cutting - No Bending - No Caulking - No Rods - No Bolts. It simply doesnt get any easier.

1. Will this fit my exhaust fan?
The Grease Box Original measures 14"H x 22"W x 10"D. Make sure to measure you curb and how much clearance you have to be sure the box will fit your space.
2. How long before I have to change the pillows?
Since every kitchen is different there is no way to determine how often the pillow will need to be changed. Contributing factors are what you cook, how often you cook, what you cook with, and how often your hood system is cleaned. Making sure to get regular hood cleanings and keeping your filters clean will in turn result in less grease escaping to the fan and less grease. The less grease you have to be drained, the less often you will need to change the pillow.
3. Does it come with pillows?
