Return Policy

If you have ordered incorrectly, you can return your items for an exchange. Exchanges for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be charged a 25% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the return freight and the new freight delivering the correct filters. No refunds are available for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
