This Hood Filter Soak Cart features stainless steel design with locking casters. The cart also features built-in faucet/drain. Holds up to 6 Hood Filters

Depending on cooking volume, you will want to clean your baffle grease filters monthly, weekly or even daily.

 

Prepare the hood filter soak cart by filling it with hot water and then add your degreaser of choice. Usually the amount is one (1) cup granular or four (4) ounces of liquid per one gallon of water used. Be sure to check the instructions on the cleaner. 

 

Carefully remove the grease filters from the exhaust hood. Wipe excess grease from the hood filters using a clean paper towel. Finally, place the filters into the soak tank and be sure to fully immerse the filter in the solution. Repeat this process for all remaining filters. Most people will soak the grease filters overnight and then run them through the dish machine the next morning. However, you can decide on a process that works best for you.
