Choosing the Right Hood Filter Material

Classified by Underwriters Laboratory Inc. as to flammability only after exposed to grease-laden air. Designed to be used in grease hoods and fryers. The Restaurant Style Baffle Grease Filter is available in Galvanized, Aluminum or Stainless Steel.

Galvanized Steel:
Galvanized Filters are the least expensive option;utilized in closed kitchens, not visible to your guests. Galvanized Steel Filters provide strong rugged performance and superb corrosion resistance.
