Heavy Duty Hinge Kit for grease exhaust fans with wheels 24 inches or larger. Made of 10-Guage Galvanized Steel designed to last for many years. Includes hardware and ships loose. Allows easy access to fan and duct for cleaning and service.

This Hinge Kit has a unique stopping feature that prevents the hinge from opening past a specific point. You can easily adjust the angle as you see fit. The hinge mounts to the side of the fan’s edge. Once positioned, simply bolt the other part of the hinge directly to the stack. Then, when the fan is tipped open, the hinge pivots on the bolt and stops against the plate that is mounted to the stack.

When installing the Hinge Kit, be sure that the grease drain aims downward when the fan is opened. You should also be sure that the electrical is long enough in the even the fan should tip over.
