If you find a lower priced item, and it meets the terms and conditions below, we will match the competitor's price PLUS discount the price by 50% of the difference!

For example: if our price is $20 on a particular item and you find the exact item somewhere else for $18, we'll match the price ($18) and give you an extra $1.00 discount ($2 difference x 50% = $1). So your net price is $17.00.

Requirements

• Product must be the exact same brand, make, model, and size as the item purchased on Hoodfilters.com. EXCLUSION: Does not apply to power washing products, cleaning chemicals or any item over $1000.
• The merchant offering the lower price must have the product in-stock and ready for immediate shipment
• Does not apply to auction websites or suppliers located outside the United States
• Does not apply to merchants offering reconditioned, refurbished, closeout, discontinued, or previously returned items
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or pricing offers, nor does it apply to limited-quantity offers, manufacturer rebates, bulk quantity items or typographical errors
• Hoodfilters.com must be able to confirm the lower price and product specs on the competitors website or with valid proof such as an invoice or formal price quote. Email communication from competitor is not valid.

How to Request a Price Guarantee Claim

To request a guarantee claim please email us at guarantee@hoodfilters.com. A customer service specialist will respond within 1 business day. Please include the following information in your email:

• Your first name, last name, company name, phone number, and email addres
• The name of the company offering the lower price and their website address
• The EXACT URL (link) of the web page where the lower priced product can be found or a scanned copy of an invoice or formal price quote that includes the price and product specs. Email communication from a competitor is not valid.

After You Purchase:

If you find an identical item from another supplier at a lower price within 7 days of purchase, we will match the price and give you 50% of the difference. The refund will be in the form of a Hoodfilters.com Credit or Gift Certificate to use on any future order. Please email us the following information:

• Your original order number and date
• Your first name, last name, and email address
• The name of the company offering the lower price and their website address
