Hi-Temp Sandwich Access Door is for high temperature duct applications. Its fiberglass rope gasket allows its use with temperatures up to 1000°F.
- Not rated for grease duct. Grease rated doors are found HERE.
- No measuring – self-adhesive template provided
- 16 GA black iron backing plate with smooth interior
- No frame to install and seal
- Effortless opening and closing – no special tools required
- Available in all standard sizes for flat and round duct access doors
- Available in specialty metals
- The two layers of metal inside the door are spot-welded together at the rim

The gasket of this door is rated to 1000 degree Fahrenheit.
3. How do I determine my duct diameter?
Direct Duct Diameter measurement is the easiest. Measure the circumference using a flexible tape and divide the outside circumference by 3.1415.
