Do You Accept Orders Via Phone, Fax or Email?

To protect your credit card and personal information, we suggest that all orders be placed online using our secure sever.

Do You Have a Catalog?

Our website contains detailed information on every product and it's updated on a regular basis. We do not have a printed catalog available.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

All orders placed on Hoodfilters.com will be shipped to their destination via UPS, Fedex or Common Carrier. We do not allow for will-calls or pick-ups.

I Need My Order by a Certain Date. How Can I Be Sure That It Is In-Stock?

We ship most orders the next business day. However, there will be delays if the item is not in stock. If you must have your order by a certain date, we suggest that you contact us before placing the order so that we can check product availability. If something is not in stock, we can give you an estimate as to how long it will take to get it in.

How Can I Save Time Placing My Order?

Register! This will save you from entering your billing and shipping information each time you place an order. You will also be able to view your order history and quickly duplicate orders if needed.

Registering is very simple. Just click on the “Create an Account” link on the left hand side of the website in the “Login” section. All you have to do is enter your email address, a password and Shipping / Billing information. If your Billing information is the same, just check the “Billing same as Shipping” box and you're done.
